Derrick Köhn grabs assist in Hannover’s win against FC Nürnberg

In a thrilling clash at the Heinz von Heiden-Arena, German-born Ghanaian defender Derrick Köhn showcased his playmaking skills, delivering a crucial assist that shaped Hannover’s intense battle against FC Nürnberg in the German Bundesliga 2.

The match, held on a Friday afternoon, unfolded with remarkable moments of goals.

Köhn, a key figure in Hannover’s defensive lineup, started the game with determination and kill throughout his 89-minute presence on the pitch.

Havard Nielsen scored the first goal for Hannover 96 with right footed shot from very close range to the bottom right corner. Nielsen’s goal was assisted by Enzo Leopold with a cross following a set piece situation.

In the 38th minute, Havard Nielsen scored the second goal with a header from the centre of the box to the bottom right corner.

Cedric Teuchert scored the third goal for the home side in added time.

Köhn has made 19 appearances, scored three goals, and assisted four in the league this season.
