Ghana Premier League side Asante Kotoko has completed the signing of centre-back Joseph Ablorh.
Ablorh joined the Porcupine Warriors on a two year deal until 2026 and becomes the sixth new recruit of the transfer window for the Kumasi based outfit.
“We are thrilled to welcome Joseph to Asante Kotoko. At 26, he brings a blend of experience and athleticism that will strengthen our defensive line,” coach Dr. Prosper Ogum said.
“His skills and leadership will be pivotal as we strive to elevate our team and achieve our goals.”
Ablorh was excited about the move and promised to give his best.
“It’s a great privilege to join Asante Kotoko, a club with such rich history and passionate supporters.”
“As a Ghanaian, returning home to play for this prestigious club is a dream come true for me. I am eager to wear the red jersey, give my all on the field, and contribute to our collective success.”
Ablorh previously played for Guinea top-flight’s team Hafia FC.
His addition to the Kotoko squad is a significant boost to the team’s defensive capabilities for the upcoming season.
