Ghanaian defender, Alexander Djiku has grabbed Most Valuable Player Award in Fenerbahce’s 2-1 win against MKE Ankaragucu in the Turkish top flight league.
Djiku put up an outstanding performance which earned his side the victory at the Sukru Saracoglu stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The 29-year-old defender was rated 7.9 by a sports website flashscore after been impressive in the game.
Tolga Cigerci opened the scoring account in the 13th minute but Cengiz Under scored twice to turn the game on it’s head.
The Turkish giant are leading the league standings with 60 points after 23 games in the ongoing season.
