The semi-final of the 2023–24 Women FA Cup will take place on Sunday, May 5, 2024, at the Madina Astro Turf, Accra, in a double header clash slated for 2:00pm and 5:00pm kick-off, respectively.

This decision by the GFA is to create lasting memories in a buzzing and vibrant atmosphere for all Women football-loving fans who will witness the games at the Madina Astro Turf.

Army Ladies FC have newbies FC Epiphany Warriors FC to contend with in the first match, which will kick off at 1pm. Army Ladies FC sealed a place in the semis after emerging 3-2 winners in the “service tussle” against Prisons Ladies FC in Sunyani.

Epiphany Warriors FC defeated Premier League rookies Jonina Ladies 2-1 at the Auntie Aku Astro Turf to create a new milestone and become the first lower-tier team to advance to the Women FA Cup semi-final since the competition kick started in 2016.

Semi-final match B will see former champions Police Ladies FC squaring it off with first-timers Supreme Ladies FC at 5:00pm.

Police Ladies dispatched current champions Ampem Darkoa Ladies 2:1 to book a place in the semis, while Supreme Ladies also defeated lower-tier side Nasara Ladies 4:1 via penalties to make the semi-final berth.

The 2023–24 edition of the Women FA Cup will produce new champions as current holders Ampem Darkoa Ladies exited the competition at the Quarter-finals.
