Darmstadt’s forward, Braydon Manu, faces yet another setback in what seems to be a string of unfortunate events for the 26-year-old.
Head coach Torsten Lieberknecht revealed that Manu will be out of action once again, dealing a blow to both the player and the team.
This latest setback comes on the heels of a series of challenges, including recurring ankle issues and a recent bout of tonsillitis, limiting Manu to a mere three appearances for the promoted side this season.
“Manu will be out with ankle pain. It’s a shame that he’s not really getting into the season due to injury,” said the trainer in the preliminary discussion of the home game against VfL Bochum.
The German-born Ghanaian forward will not be able to help his team for at least 14 days.
