Coventry City is delighted to announce the acquisition of talented Ghanaian striker Brandon Thomas-Asante from West Bromwich Albion.

The 25-year-old penned a four-year deal with the Sky Blues following an undisclosed fee agreement with the Baggies.

Thomas-Asante’s impressive career trajectory includes stints with Milton Keynes Dons, Sutton United, Oxford City, Ebsfleet United, and Salford City, where he excelled and won the EFL Trophy.

His remarkable form at Salford earned him a move to West Bromwich Albion, where he emerged as the top goalscorer in consecutive seasons.

Manager Mark Robins expressed his enthusiasm for the signing, praising Thomas-Asante’s pace, power, and goal-scoring prowess.

“He is a powerful and pacy striker who has goalscoring pedigree at this level plus a great attitude and work-rate.

“Brandon can play across the front line and will further strengthen our attacking options.
