Coach Nana Adarkwa lands Black Maidens coaching job

Headcoach of Ampem Darkoa Ladies Nana Joe Adarkwa has been appointed as the new trainer of Ghana’s U17 Women’s national team Black Maidens.

The experienced gaffer will be assisted by Basiru-Deen Sumani, while Osei Boateng will be in charge of goalkeeping department.

Nana Joe suceeded Baba Nuhu, leaving his role as the assistant coach of the Black Princesses.

The decision was announced by the Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association as part of changes to the various national teams.

Adarkwa led Ampem Darkoa Ladies to Ghana Women’s Premier League and the Women’s FA Cup titles last season.
