Coach Kassim Mingle calls for referee change ahead of Asante Kotoko showdown

Nations FC Head Coach Kassim Ocansey Mingle has formally requested the Ghana Football Association to consider a change in the match official for their upcoming Week Six fixture against Asante Kotoko SC.

The Ghana FA had initially appointed Referee Latif Adaari to oversee the encounter at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Abrankese.

Coach Mingle emphasized his concerns about referee Adaari’s performance during their previous home game against Legon Cities in Week Four.

He firmly believes that a different official should be assigned for their upcoming fixture.

“I would appreciate it if Latif Adaari is replaced as the referee for our game against Asante Kotoko due to the way he handled our match against Legon Cities. I was dissatisfied with it.” he told the club media.

Nations FC sank to the 15th position with 4 points after week 5 of the competition.
