Former General Manager of Asante Kotoko, Opoku Nti has called on Chris Hughton to start Richmond Lamptey his Black Stars debut in the friendly against Namibia.
Ghana will crossed sword with the Brave Warriors at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Monday night.
The Kotoko midfielder was part of Chris Hughton’s 27 man squad for the upcoming African Cup of Nations to be staged in Ivory Coast.
“The Black Stars coach, Chris Hughton should start Richmond Lamptey in today’s friendly and see how he will fare. He’s a very good player,” – Nti told Kessben TV.
The kick off time for the game is 8pm prompt.
Ghana is pitted in group B with Egypt Cape Verde and Mozambique and the tournament is set to kick off on 13th of January to 11 February.
