Dreams FC Technical Director Karim Zito is foreseeing a “difficult game” between Ghana and Niger in the quarter-finals of the 20222 African Nations Championship.
The Black Galaxies engage their Nigerian counterparts who topped Group E with four points ahead of Cameroon.
Annor Walker’s side had to breeze past Sudan in their second match to advance from Group C, having lost to Madagascar in the opener.
“It will be a very difficult game against Niger,” Zito told Happy FM.
“Most of their players are from Ghana. The Niger FA comes to scout the players here in Ghana and take them there. Their play is similar to that of Ghana. When we (Ghana) play them, they treat it like a World Cup.”
Ghana have arrived Oran for the crucial encounter on Saturday.
