Ghana Premier League champions, Asante Kotoko have paid a visit to the Italian Ambassador to Ghana, Ambassador Daniela d’Orlandi on behalf of their kits sponsor, Errea.
The Porcupine Warriors were officially crowned champions of the campaign on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium.
Playing in front of their fans in the matchday 33 games, the Reds thumped Elmina Sharks 3-0.
On Thursday, the management team led by Chief Executive Officer [CEO] of the club, Nana Yaw Amponsah, and the playing body visited the Italian Embassy to present the trophy to the ambassador to Ghana.
It would be recalled that the club signed a three-year deal with the Italian kit manufacturer before the start of the 2020/21 Ghana football season.
Meanwhile, Kotoko will wrap up their season with an away game against Accra Lions at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday.
