GFA President Kurt Okraku has issued a strong warning to individuals who defame his character with false allegations, especially those labelling him a thief without evidence.
In an interview with GHOne TV, Okraku acknowledged that criticism of his leadership is part of the job especially during tough times in Ghana football.
However, he condemned personal attacks aimed at tarnishing his reputation.
“When I’m asked this question, sometimes I try to be sarcastic, sometimes I try to be very nice, and sometimes I try to joke,” Okraku said.
“But if I’m not a thief and you’re calling me a thief, then we will have problems.”
Okraku has come under intense scrutiny over recent issues affecting the Black Stars, the Ghana Premier League, and other football-related matters.
However, Kurt insists there is a line between constructive criticism and defamation.
