CAF Women’s CL qualifiers: Ampem Darkoa Ladies draw against Bayelsa Queens in second game

Ghana Women’s Premier League champions, Ampem Darkoa Ladies drew their second match of the qualifiers to the 2022 CAF Women’s Champions League tournament on Wednesday.

In the first match of the WAFU Zone B qualifier for the Champions League, the Ghanaian outfit recorded a big 3-0 win against Burkinabe side USFA.

Today in Yamoussoukro, Ampem Darkoa Ladies faced a tougher test when the team engaged Bayelsa Queens in the second group game.

At the end of a fiercely contested game, the two teams settled for a goalless draw and shared the spoils one point apiece.

In the final group game of the WAFU Zone B qualifiers for the 2022 CAF Women’s Champions League tournament, Ampem Darkoa Ladies will face Athleta FC.

A draw in that game will be enough to end Ampem Darkoa Ladies to the knockout stage of the qualifiers.
