Tanzanian team Young Africans has touched down in Ghana on Wednesday, gearing up for their CAF Champions League second group game against Medeama SC on Friday.

The team will head to Kumasi at the Baba Yara Stadium to continue their preparations for this crucial encounter.

The reigning Ghana Premier League trophy holders clinched a 2-1 victory over CR Belouizdad in their second group game and are aiming to maintain their winning momentum.

Young Africans had suffered a defeat against CR Belouizdad in their group opener but managed to hold defending champions Al Ahly to a draw in their second group fixture.

Medeama are bolstered by the return of Jonathan Sowah from an accumulation card suspension.

The top striker is set to feature for the Ghanaian giant in the upcoming match.
