The Confederation of African Football has approved the Kumasi Baba Yara Stadium as the home ground for FC Samartex and Nsoatreman FC in the final round of their respective inter-club competitions.
The Timbers and the “Ɛfiri Titi Amanaso” lads, having won the Ghana Premier League and FA Cup respectively, are representing the nation in the ongoing continental competition.
Both clubs have secured qualification to the next stage of the preliminaries and will be moving their home games to the Baba Yara Stadium.
They had hosted their home matches in the first round at the Accra Sports Stadium.
FC Samartex face Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca in the final preliminary stage while Nsoatreman FC take on CS Constantine of Algeria.
