Dutch striker of Ghanaian descent, Brian Brobbey put up an impressive performance on Sunday as he bagged a brace for Ajax in their 4-1 victory over Waalwijk.
The young striker started for his team today in the Round 18 clash of the ongoing Dutch Eredivisie campaign.
Leading the lines for Ajax, Brian Brobbey scored after just 9 minutes into the first half to give his team the lead.
Unfortunately, Ajax could not defend that lead for long, allowing Waalwijk to equalise through Michiel Kramer just six minutes later.
However, thanks to a second goal from Brian Brobbey in the 35th minute, Ajax restored their lead.
Later in the second half, Brian Brobbey could have made it a hat-trick but he wasted a penalty kick.
Thanks to additional goals from Kristian Hlynsson and Steven Berghuis, Ajax cruised to a delightful 4-1 win at the end of the 90 minutes.
