English Premier League side, Bournemouth’s second offer of £8m + £2m in add-ons for striker Antoine Semnyo has been rejected by Bristol City.

A report in the Athletic suggested that Bournemouth have already agreed personal terms with Antoine, and it just comes down to his valuation.

There was also an article in The Sun over the weekend suggesting Bournemouth are prepared to pay the City striker £50,000-a-week to join.

However, the offer falls short of Bristol City’s valuation according to reports in England.

The Cherries are expected to walk away from the deal and explore other prospects. Bournemouth was trying to bring him in for this weekend’s Premier League match against Nottingham Forest.

The youngster has been in top form this season and is wanted by a number of clubs.

Besides Southampton, the striker is wanted by Crystal Palace as well as Celtic.
