Formed a formidable partnership with Simpson and really kept Trinidad and Tobago at bay.

Was involved in several build-up moments high up the pitch and kept his awareness at the back.

The youngster continued from where he left off from the previous game against Nigeria. He impressed with good deliveries into the box with solid defensive attribute.

Kept the midfield neat and tidy and prevented counter attacks from the opponent.
Abu Francis – 6
A vital cog in the midfield of the Black Stars and established the connection between defense and offense.
Lawrence Agyekum – 6
Showed glimpse of great movements in pocket spaces and was rewarded with a debut goal for Ghana.
Christopher Bonsu – 8
The winger was virtually unplayable from the right flank. Developed great telepathy with right back Caleb and was at the heart of every worthwhile attack from Ghana.
Mohammed Fuseini – 6
Showed great instinct with a fine strike for his debut goal. He also put himself in great positions to be at the end of chances.
Jordan Ayew – 7
Demonstrated great skill and confidence for his goal, his 31st for Ghana and provided two further assists to sum up an all-round play from the captain.
