Ghanaian striker Jonathan Sowah has completed a move to Tanzanian giants Simba SC ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The former Singida Black Stars forward has signed a two-year contract set to begin on August 1.
Sowah reportedly turned down a rival offer from Yanga SC, choosing instead to work under Simba’s head coach Fadlu Davids.
His new deal will make him the club’s second highest-paid player, according to sources in Tanzania.
The 25-year-old enjoyed a productive spell with Singida where he scored 13 goals in 13 matches.
Sowah’s arrival adds firepower to a squad aiming to reclaim dominance in the Tanzanian Premier League and push further in CAF competitions.
