The Black Stars coaching job has been vacant following the departure of Otto Addo after Ghana exited the FIFA World Cup group stages.
English manager Chris Hughton has been linked to takeover the managerial role and here is what you need to know about the veteran gaffer.

Early Coaching Career
Hughton served as a coach for Tottenham Hotspur from June 1993 until October 2007, first in charge of the under-21 squad, then the reserve team in 1999, and finally the main team two years later.
Hughton’s involvement allowed Tottenham to win the Football League Cup in 1998-99 and finish fifth in both of the previous two seasons (2005-06 and 2006-07).
After a home loss to Getafe in the group rounds of the UEFA Cup on October 25, 2007, Hughton and the team’s manager Jol were fired from their positions.
