Black Stars assistant coach George Boateng will NOT join beIN Sports as pundit for World Cup

Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association, Henry Asante Twum has confirmed that Black Stars assistant coach, George Boateng will not be on beIN Sports as a pundit for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

The 47 year old was named in a list of pundits for beIN SPORTS’ (beIN) coverage of the World Cup in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA).

However, the GFA scribe has disclosed that Boateng’s sole focus in Qatar will be on the Ghana national team.

“George Boateng will not join beIN Sports as a pundit for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. He is solely committed to the Black Stars”

Ghana are in Group H alongside Portugal, Uruguay, and South Korea in the global showpiece which takes place between November 21 and December 18, 2022.
