The Black Stars of Ghana have left Casablanca and arrived in Meknes ahead of their crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against the Central African Republic (CAR), set for Wednesday, October 8, 2025.
Training sessions were held at the Mohammed V Sports Complex, where twenty players participated under the guidance of head coach Otto Addo and his technical team.
Ghana will face CAR at the Stade d’Honneur de Meknes at 16:00 GMT.
With 19 points, the Black Stars currently top Group I with a three-point lead.A win on Wednesday, coupled with favorable results elsewhere, could see Ghana seal qualification for their fifth FIFA World Cup even before their final group game at home against Comoros on Sunday.
