Black Starlets coach Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum has summoned a third group of youth players to continue the ongoing screening programme at the GFA Technical Centre in Prampram.
The latest invitees are expected to stay in camp from November 21 to November 25 as the search for top U17 talent intensifies.
This phase follows two earlier batches who completed detailed assessments covering physical conditioning, tactical awareness and technical ability.
According to the technical handlers, the nationwide exercise has already revealed several standout prospects.
The new group will undergo the same structured programme, including drills, tactical rehearsals, match scenarios and performance monitoring.
Coaches will also track how each player adapts to the competitive environment set up for the talent hunt. The screening forms a key part of preparations for the 2026 U17 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
Officials say this is only the opening step in building a strong squad for next year’s tournament.
Players who excel during this stage will move into the next round of call-ups as the Starlets begin shaping their final team.
The GFA has released the full list of third-batch invitees for the Prampram exercise.
