Ghana’s Black Queens have concluded their final training session at the Suez Canal Authority Stadium in Ismailia, setting the stage for their 2026 WAFCON qualifying clash against Egypt on Thursday.

Under the guidance of Head Coach Kim Lars Björkegren, the session was centered on tactical organization, set-piece routines, and attacking efficiency as the team fine-tuned their approach for the first leg.

The mood in camp remains upbeat, with players displaying high levels of concentration and team spirit.

Having settled comfortably in Ismailia, the Queens are now fully focused on securing a positive result before the return leg in Accra on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.

Team captain Portia Boakye expressed optimism ahead of the encounter, emphasizing the players’ commitment and determination to represent Ghana with pride.
