The Black Galaxies fought back to beat Hearts of Oak 2-1 in a friendly match at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence, Prampram.
Hearts proved to be a difficult opponent to overcome as they controlled the first half and deservedly took the lead when Amankwah Baafi expertly connected with a cross from Salifu Ibrahim.
Bright Adjei’s strike and a penalty from David Abagna in the second half completed the comeback by the Galaxies.
They are set to engage in another friendly encounter against an opponent that has not yet been revealed ahead of the CHAN, which begins on January 13, 2023.
Ghana is in Group C, where they face off against Morocco, Sudan, and Madagascar.
