Betpawa Premier League: Legon Cities come from behind to beat Karela United

Legon Cities came from behind to secure a 2-1 victory against Karela United in the Betpawa Premier League.

Karela dominated the first half and got a goal through a strike from Abdul Ayeh on the stroke of halftime.

The hosts came into the second half fired up and restored parity through Francis Antwi in the 61st minute.

Antwi doubled his tally seven minutes later and gave the Royals the lead.

The home side held on tight to secure the three points at the El wak stadium.

Up next for Karela United is with Berekum Chelsea at the Aliu Mahama stadium in Tamale while the Legon Cities take on Accra Lions in the next fixture.
