Former Accra Hearts of Oak attacker, Charles Taylor has made a bold declaration, expressing confidence about winning the Ghana Premier League title with the current crop of players at the club.
The Phobians have had a slow start to the season, picking up one win in five matches and scoring a goal in the process.
Head coach Koopman described the struggle as a ‘national issue’ in the recent goalless draw against Samartex.
Taylor slammed the Dutch manager and declared himself capable of winning the league trophy.
“I can win the Ghana premier league with current Hearts of Oak players,“ He told Angel TV.
“I can tell you for a fact, that Whiteman (Coach Martin Koopman) is not a coach.”
Hearts of Oak find themselves 12th on the league log with five points after five games.
