Hearts of Oak have defeated Asante Kotoko SC 1-0, thanks to a header by Konadu Yiadom at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The towering centre-back netted in the 57th minute following a inviting delivery by Linda from a free-kick.
The win sees Hearts move to fifth with 31 points, just a place lower than Asante Kotoko who sit fourth with the same points.
Hearts emerge champions of the 2023 President’s Cup, defending the trophy, having beaten the Porcupines in the previous edition.
