Attacker Bernard Somuah is “proud to be part” of La Liga outfit Celta Vigo after sealing a permanent move.
The 20-year-old first arrived in Spain on loan in 2024 before earning an extension due to his steady progress.
His performances with the club’s reserve side, Celta Fortuna, convinced the Spanish side to make the deal permanent.
Celta have now rewarded him with a four-year contract as part of their long-term plans.
Reacting to the move, the forward shared his excitement on social media.
“New chapter and proud to be part of this amazing family. let’s gooo Celta”
Somuah has scored five goals this season and played a key role in the reserve team’s campaign.
He recently found the net in a 4-2 win over Real Avilés in the Spanish Primera Federación.
The young attacker will now focus on breaking into the senior squad.
