Berekum Chelsea coach Samuel Boadu is urging patience from the club fans as players adapt to his style of play.
Boadu joined the Bibires before the start of the second round and is yet to live up to expectations.
Chelsea are fifth on the Ghana Premier League table with 35 points after 24 games, and the former Hearts of Oak coach has emphasized the need for patience as players adapt to his style.
“I will call on the fans to keep supporting the team. For players to gel and adapt to my style, it will take time so I will urge them to support the team and gradually things will change” he said.
Berekum Chelsea will play host to CAF Confederation Cup campaigners Dreams FC on Wednesday in matchday 25 of the Ghana Premier League.
Boadu and his charges will be looking forward to snatching all point at stake at the Golden City Park.
The former Medeama tactician has a track record in the local scene, winning several laurels with giants Hearts of Oak.
He led Hearts of Oak to annex multiple trophies including the Ghana Premier League title during his stint with the club, ending the club’s eleven year trophy.
