The National Goalkeepers Union (NEGO) has announced three nominees for the Ghana Premier League Goalkeeper of the Month award for May/June. The shortlisted goalkeepers are Benjamin Asare of Hearts of Oak, Lawrence Osei of Heart of Lions, and Rabin Ousmane Sanon of Nations FC.Benjamin Asare had a solid month, keeping three clean sheets in four matches while remaining unbeaten with three wins and one draw, conceding just one goal. Lawrence Osei also had an impressive run for Heart of Lions, securing three victories and one draw while keeping two clean sheets and conceding two goals. Rabin Ousmane Sanon played a key role in Nations FC’s strong finish to the season, helping the club secure fifth place. He won three of four matches, kept two clean sheets, and conceded three goals. The winner will receive a package from NEGO, which includes a pair of gloves, a branded towel, a water bottle, and a T-shirt.
