Bechem United have strengthened their squad ahead of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season with the signing of experienced goalkeeper Dennis Votere on a three-year deal.
The 25-year-old arrives as a direct replacement for Haruna Aziz Dari, who recently joined Asante Kotoko.
Votere makes the switch after leaving Nsoatreman FC, where he earned a reputation as a dependable last line of defence.
“Dennis is a commanding shot-stopper with sharp reflexes, a confident aerial presence, and strong leadership at the back. He will bring strength and stability between the posts,” the club said in a statement.
Votere boasts a wealth of top-flight experience, having previously played for AshantiGold and Accra Lions before his stint with Nsoatreman.
His arrival is expected to increase competition in the goalkeeping department as coach Stephen Desmond aims to improve on last season’s mid-table finish.
Votere is Bechem United’s third new signing of the transfer window, joining Abdul Basit Mohammed, Aminu Mohammed and Frank Promise as part of the Hunters’ squad rebuild.
