Bechem United head coach Stephen Desmond-Issah Botchway has admitted his side must sharpen their game if they are to secure their first victory of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
The Hunters have endured a slow start to the campaign, failing to record a win in their opening three fixtures. Speaking at a pre-match press conference ahead of their next league outing, Botchway stressed that his team has shown promise but still lacks the cutting edge to finish games strongly.
“We have played three matches and we are doing very well, but there are a few things we need to work on to make the team a complete one,” he said.
The technical team is expected to intensify preparations on the training ground this week, with particular emphasis on improving efficiency in both attack and defense.
Bechem United, who finished mid-table last season, will be desperate to turn their fortunes around as they push for stability in the early weeks of the campaign.
