KickOffGhana understands the French side has sent a letter withdrawing Jordan and Andre Ayew from the friendly in Philadephia, the USA on the grounds that they are injured.
Jordan played the entire game in Marseille’s 0-1 loss to Brest in Ligue 1 over the weekend while Andre, the hero of their 1-0 win over Inter Milan in the Champions League in midweek came on in the 61st minute for the French side on Sunday.
Their withdrawal leaves Ghana with sixteen players to call on for the Chile game which the side is hoping will help them regain some public confidence after their semi-final finish at the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon/Equatorial Guinea.
