Asante Kotoko have bolstered their defensive options with the acquisition of young centre-back Musah Hamzata on a three-year deal.
Hamzata, 22, arrives from Accra Lions, where he featured regularly in the Ghana Premier League and proved reliable at both ends of the pitch.
During his time in Accra, he made close to 50 appearances, contributing three goals and two assists.
His height and aerial strength make him a commanding figure in defence, while his composure in possession allows him to fit into a modern style of play.
Kotoko’s latest recruit becomes the club’s 15th addition of the current transfer window, as the Porcupine Warriors continue reshaping their squad for the 2025/26 campaign.
