Asante Kotoko SC demolished Vision FC 4-1 to claim third position in the final game of the first round of the Ghana Premier League.
Kwame Opoku opened the scoring in the 8th minute, giving the visitors the lead, but Nana Kwesi leveled the score in the 22nd minute.
Peter Amidu Acquah, Kwame Opoku, and Saaka Dauda completed the 4-1 victory before the half-time whistle.
No goals were scored in the second half despite several chances created by both sides.
Kotoko have now amassed 31 points after 17 games, as they prepare to face Karela United.
Vision FC, now 11th on the league log with 19 points, will travel to Golden City Park to face Berekum Chelsea.
