Former Asante Kotoko attacker, Joe Debrah has passed away on Friday after short illness at aged 52.
His passing on suddens Ghana Football and largely Asante Kotoko, a club he featured for during his heydays in the 1990s.
He signed for the Porcupines in 1989 and established himself as a cult hero with his prolific attribute and ball control skills.
Kotoko have reacted to his demise on social media which reads “There are no words to describe our sadness. May the Good Lord keep your soul safe 🙏 A legend you will forever remain.💐”
The football fraternity are expected to pay tribute to the local football legend.
