Asante Kotoko forward Evans Adomako joins Karela United on loan –

Asante Kotoko striker Evans Adomako has joined Ghana Premier League rivals Karela United on a season-long loan. 

The 24-year-old joins the Anyinase-based club for the 2022/23 season.

“We wish Evans Adomako the best of luck as he joins Karela United on a season long loan,” wrote Kotoko on Twitter, confirming the forward’s move.

Adomako, who joined Asante Kotoko in October 2021, made 20 Ghana Premier League appearances, scoring just a goal as the Reds were crowned champions.

The striker who also operates as a winger previously played for Phar Rangers in Ghana.

He also had spells with Belarusian outfit FC Gomel and Slovenian clubs Rudar Velenje and NK Dravograd.

Karela United begin their 2022/23 Ghana Premier League campaign against Tamale City on September 9, 2022.
