The attention of Kotoko’s management has been drawn to the continuous wrong spelling of Ivorian striker, Amed Toure’s name.

We have observed that, his first name, AMED has frequently been spelt A-H-M-E-D instead of A-M-E-D. There is no “H” after the “A”.

We are putting on record that, Toure’s passport, birth certificate and all other documents which were used for his registration at the Ghana Football Association have AMED not AHMED.

We are therefore pleading with all media houses and the general public to take note of this.
