Arsenal reach agreement in principle for Jesus deal

Arsenal have reached an agreement in principle with Premier League champions Manchester City to sign Gabriel Jesus.

The Gunners are expected to pay £45m to secure the signature of Jesus. There is still work to do to finalise the deal including medical and personal terms.

The Brazilian indicated his desire to move to the Emirates at the start of June and the only hindrance so far has been the distance between the valuations of both clubs.

The north London side is also expected to go back with an improved bid for Leeds United forward Raphinha.
