Tony Adams visited Vice President; Kwesi Amissah Arthur – an ardent Arsenal fan during his stay in Ghana to launch Season III of the Airtel Rising Stars Competition.
The Arsenal legend arrived in the country last month to take part in the official launch of Airtel’s juvenile competition which is in its third year.
Adams was in the company of the British High Commissioner and officials of Airtel on his visit to the Flag Staff House to seek audience with the Vice President.
The ex Gunner captain held fruitful discussions with H.E Amissah-Arthur mainly on issues related to their dear club; Arsenal.
Adams is the second Arsenal legend within a year to visit Ghana following the partnership agreement between the English Premier League giants and Airtel.
Ray Parlour had also visited the country last year for a soccer clinic organized by the telecommunication giants.
