Ansu Fati back has suffered another blow on his return after it was revealed he won’t be back to action for another three weeks.
The 19-year-old La Masia ace had returned from a spell on the sidelines in January but lasted just three matches before picking up another injury.
The youngster returned to training last week and there were hopes that he could be involved in the season’s homestretch with his return having been set for their game against Cadiz on Monday night.
That would however not happen as Catalunya Radio reports that there is a 99% chance that Fati will not be involved against Cadiz this coming Monday.
The club however is eyeing to ease him back into action at least two-three weeks from now as they are being careful and are treating him with caution considering his recent injury problems.
Speaking at an event on Tuesday insisted that he was ready to return, but did not mention a specific date with his club looking at the La Liga clashes against Rayo Vallecano (April 24) or RCD Mallorca (May 1) as more realistic dates for his return.
The 19-year-old has played just ten games this season, scoring five goals in the process.
