Ampem Darkoa Ladies midfielder, Jennifer Owusuaa, has been nominated for the prestigious Goal of the Year award at the upcoming 2023 CAF Awards.
The nomination recognizes her outstanding strike during the CAF Women’s Champions League semifinal against Morocco’s Sporting Club Casablanca in Ivory Coast last month.
Owusuaa’s remarkable goal has captured attention and secured her a spot among eleven other contenders for the coveted Goal of the Year honor.
Voting opens today via the CAF website and closes on 8 December 2023.
The winner will be revealed at the CAF Awards Gala on Monday, 11 December 2023, at the Palais des Congrès, Movenpick, Marrakech, Morocco.
