The NASCO Player of the Month award for March is up for grabs, with four top players from the Ghana Premier League vying for the honor.
Berekum Chelsea’s Stephen Amankona is the standout performer, having scored an impressive four goals in just three matches, including a thrilling hat-trick against Accra Lions.
His exceptional form earned him a NASCO Player of the Match award, making him a strong contender for the monthly prize.
Also in the running is Yaw Annor, a winger for Bechem United, who scored two goals in four appearances and received a NASCO Player of the Match award.
While he’s been consistent, his goal-to-game ratio lags behind Amankona’s.
Kwesi Pong from Heart of Lions is another contender, having matched Annor’s goal tally in just three matches, which gives him a slightly better scoring rate. He also received a Player of the Match award during the month.
Rounding out the shortlist is Kelvin Obeng from Aduana FC, who scored two goals in four matches and earned a NASCO Player of the Match award.
The winner of the NASCO Player of the Month award will receive a 43-inch NASCO Television, courtesy of Electroland Ghana Limited.
