Former Udinese midfielder Emmanuel Agyeman Badu says Andre Ayew should be included in the Black Stars squad despite being clubless for some time.
Ayew was omitted from Coach Chris Hughton’s Black Stars squad that faced Mexico and the USA in the FIFA International friendlies.
The 33-year-old has been out of action after being released by Nottingham Forest at the end of last season.
“Dede Ayew should be included in the Black Stars squad ahead of the FIFA World Cup qualifiers,” Badu told Radio 360 in Takoradi.
“Dede is has good leadership qualities which might help the team,” he added.
Ghana will face Madagascar on November 15 and Comoros three days later in the group stages of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
