Hearts of Oak head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has lauded the quality within his goalkeeping department following their narrow but vital win in Accra.
A crucial intervention from Solomon Agbasi proved decisive as the Phobians edged past their opponents 1-0 in a tense Ghana Premier League encounter at the University of Ghana Stadium.
The result propelled Hearts into second place on the table with 28 points, drawing them level with leaders Aduana ahead of their next fixture.
First-choice goalkeeper Benjamin Asare appears to have established himself as the Black Stars number one.
“They are all good for the national team,” the Hearts coach said.
“Hearts of Oak had good goalkeepers who were in the national team. Both of them are in their top shape and so it is the right way to go about it.”
“They are one of the best goalkeepers in our local league,” he added.
Hearts will hope that continued solidity at the back can sustain their title push as the season gathers pace.
