Italian Serie A returnees U.S. Cremonese are on the verge of completing a deal to sign young Ghana striker Felix-Afena-Gyan from AS Roma.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Roma have accelerated talks with Cremonese over the past few hours with the aim to complete the deal for the 19-year-old as soon as possible.
Roma only last month gave Afena-Gyan a new contract but are now having to cash in on the forward who broke into Jose Mourinho’s first team just last season.

It is believed that Cremonese have agreed to pay the Giallorossi €6m plus €3m in add-ons for Afena-Gyan.
And the four-times capped Ghana international is to earn around €600,000 net per season with the Giovanni Zini Stadium outfit, where he’ll be hoping for consistent playing time to brighten his chances for a spot in the Black Stars squad for the 2022 Fifa World Cup in Qatar.
