The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the Best XI of the AFCON 2025 group stage following the conclusion of games.
The round of 16 is set to take place on Saturday with mouthwatering fixtures.

– *Defenders*: Edmond Tapsoba (Burkina Faso), Axel Tuanzebe (DR Congo), Noussair Mazraoui (Morocco)
– *Midfielders*: Yassine Abdi (Tunisia), Carlos Baleba (Cameroon), Ademola Lookman (Nigeria), Brahim Díaz (Morocco)
– *Forwards*: Sadio Mané (Senegal), Amad Diallo (Ivory Coast), Riyad Mahrez (Algeria)
Ademola Lookman, who scored two goals and provided two assists, is the only Nigerian in the team. Morocco’s Brahim Díaz and Noussair Mazraoui also made the cut, while Senegal’s Sadio Mané leads the attacking line.
