AFCON 2023 qualifiers: Bristol City star Antoine Semenyo chasing Ghana debut

Bristol City forward Antoine Semenyo could make his Ghana debut in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Madagascar.

Semenyo enjoyed an amazing season in the English Championship, scoring 8 goals and providing 12 assists in the process.

The lanky forward is likely to start upfront with youngster Felix Afena-Gyan as Otto Addo tries to find the best partnership for Ghana.

The Black Stars will host Madagascar on Wednesday at the Cape Coast stadium before travelling to the Central African Republic for the second game of Group E.

Semenyo and his teammates will travel to Japan for the Kirin Cup tournament in a fortnight time.
