The team will hold a couple of training sessions – which is not open to the public – before facing Botswana in an international friendly on January 8.
Two days later, the contingent then leaves for Cote D’Ivoire for the AFCON which begins on January 13 and runs until February 11, 2024.
Coach Chris Hughton is expected to submit his final 27-man squad in the coming days.
